One of my favorite subjects to paint! This morning I began my day down at the oceanfront riding my bike along the boardwalk with a friend of mine. It was really hot but so much fun to see all the vacationers and locals like us enjoying the beautiful summer day. I was home and back to work after lunch. I worked on several paintings, large and small and even began a new one of an owl which has been requested by my gallery in Richmond. I am excited to work more on it tomorrow.
