Today was a busy day with a trip to Richmond and tomorrow promises to be another exciting day of painting outside in Portsmouth with boats as out subject matter. I will let you know tomorrow how it goes.

What fun I had with this piece with lots of rich color as well as sublte greys. I enjoyed using the palette knife and using a lot of thick paint! I think it looks like a very proud rooster!
