Norma Wilson Original Oil Bird In The Woods Aviary Art

5" by 7" original oil on masonite board

Hello All,

Hope you are having a Sunday. I just got back from walking Bailee and it was a perfect day for a walk. I am headed up to my studio soon to begin my painting day and decided to post a painting that is currently on auction on eBay and ends today. Perhaps you birders out there can tell me what kind of bird this is. I loved his thick orange beek. Also, I wanted to show one I posted awhile back that is also ending today. Thanks as always for checking with me!

that's a mama cardinal - they usually hang out in pairs - look for a really red male cardinal some where around her. Many times they'll stay in the same general area while they're nesting! We have a pair just outside in the "snowball" flowering tree! they're so cute!!!
