Hope you are staying warm!  The wind is howling outside and I am so happy and grateful to be in a warm place.  Hard to believe it was in the 70's on Sunday!  I am thinking if this keeps up, I may need to paint a cup of hot chocolate next.

Such a wonderful day spent with my friend, Susan, who stopped to visit on her way home from a workshop and we got to catch up a bit and paint together. We first had out visit
to Starbucks and then to the nursery to find some pansies and Farm Fresh for pears. This set up was on my white framing table with a light that created some strong shadows and highlights. It was fun to paint, share stories, and listen to some great music while the paint was flying!
