If I didn't already love Retrievers, I surely would after seeing the movie, The Purpose Of A Dog. It was such a beautiful story of the deep connections we form with our pets and the impact they have on our lives. I highly recommend it!  I love the expression and light on this precious dog. Does it look like a special dog in your life?

I shared in my last post about a project that I have planned for March. Thirty Paintings In Thirty Days. I also shared that I need your help. I will be posting them to my blog and to Facebook. Where will I get these thirty animals to paint? That's where you come in. If you would like to be featured, please send me your photos of your pet or favorite animals. It could be one of the cows on your farm or horse. I will post more on Facebook about sharing about the challenge. For now, I wanted to get the word out in case you need to find the photos. What a busy day!!!! Some days feel like a marathon race and today was one of them. I REALLY need to organize my studio tomorrow morning before I have my student here in the afternoon. You all can hold me to it! Wouldn't it be nice to have quiet little worker bees come in to set everything in its place while we all get a good night's sleep? Actually that kind of creeps me out now that I read it but you know what I mean. I am grateful for all the business though.

Tomorrow night I am having a meal at Harbor's Edge where I teach. They are having an April in Paris Show featuring some of the paintings they have been doing in our class together. I am looking forward to it.

Next week I am doing an outdoor show in Ghent here in Norfolk and bought a bunch of canvas and paint today to get ready. I'll have to paint most of the work by this weekend to have it dry by next week. Then I can focus on some small acrylics that dry right away.

Well, I'm off to get some sleep and be ready for a new day tomorrow. Have an awesome day tomorrow.
