I began this cow tonight with an acrylic base....but missed the depth and sheen I love about oil so I switched over to oil and I'm very pleased with the results. It is a 12 by 12 on stretched canvas with wrap around sides that are painted and without staples. It could be hung as is or put into a frame of your choice.
