SOLD

Today I had a wonderful "daycation" with two of my sons. I am not sure if I invented that word but it was great spending time at a nearby restaurant on the water only miles from my home with sailboats docked nearby and gulls overhead. It was a great inspiration for painting and to take time out for what is most important in life! Hope you had a great start to the week and I so appreciate you stopping by!

Such a face! These dogs are so full of character and charm. It is no wonder why so many sport teams use them as their mascot. They seem both tough and endearing at the same time. They are one of America's most popular breeds coming in at #4. They are calm and friendly and completely lovable! Hope he puts a smile on your face and that you have a wonderful day!

Another cutie with lots of hair and a big personality. Hope Jan likes how I captured her little one who was a pleasure to paint! I am having a great time with the challenge. It is pretty intense at times especially when I won't be able to paint four days this month but totally worth it. My studio is filling up with so many precious faces. I need more though. Would you like your pet featured as part of my challenge??

I have been spending the last couple of weeks working on this foxy lady. In real life, I would never have the opportunity to gaze at a fox's face for so long and I enjoyed every minute. Hope you enjoy too! Have a wonderful day.

Purchase Information

Don't you just want to pet a cow?  I do.   If the weather is nice this weekend, I might go on a search for one to pet.  Our neighboring Suffolk community has some farms where I might have some success.  What are you doing this holiday weekend?

My series class is having a break but I painted this sweet gal anyway.  She would make a nice gift to either put on a small easel or frame and hang in the perfect spot in your home.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend.  Don't forget the bug spray and sunscreen! :-)
