You are feeling very sleepy....zzzz This kitty's eyes were putting me in a trance this evening as I worked on her. Or perhaps it was the three miles I walked on the beach and the hour and a half yoga class. I seem to go to extremes when I commit to working out again. It was an overcast day but gorgeous none the less with a beautiful breeze. I am treasuring the breezes as I know we will soon have the air conditioners going and really hot weather.
