Rooster Chicken Painting Art

I am officially off duty as a puppy sitter....with mixed feelings but I was able to paint this little chicken which is an 8 by 10 original oil on gallery wrap canvas with sides painted....no need to frame. Hope you all had a great start to your week.....guess that was yesterday! Apparently my blog was picked up as a spam blog erroneously by spam-prevention robots! Hello Again!

What a hot day it was today! I may have to start painting all night and sleep during the day. My air conditioner just isn't cutting it! I did manage to make it to my favorite art store...Jerry's Artarama and then worked on a pear painting, a small chocolate lab on gessoed mat board.....for a change and now I am about to begin a large rose.
